Fit every network.
Draft a post, pick your channels, and Postline shows exactly how it will look on each one. Change the text per network, add a thread or a first comment, and drop it on the calendar.
Product launch
Plans a launch week across every channel, adjusted to each network.

- Checked your posting times for 6 channels
- Found free slots Monday to Friday
- Wrote a shorter version for X and Threads
- Added the product photo from your library
5 drafts are on your calendar for next week: a teaser on Monday, the announcement on Thursday 9:00, and a reminder on Friday. The X version is 247 characters. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.
Built for posts that actually go out
Every network has its own limits and quirks. Postline knows them, checks your post before it is scheduled, and keeps trying when a network has a bad minute.
Previews for every network
See each post the way it will appear, with the exact point where a network cuts it off.
Threads and first comments
Add replies or a first comment. A half-sent thread picks up where it stopped.
Part 1 of 3
Part 2 of 3
First commentApprovals before anything ships
Editors' posts wait for an admin. Clients approve from a private link.
Retries and a clear log
Temporary errors retry with backoff. When a post fails, you see why.
A queue that fills itself
Set posting times per channel, and "Add to queue" picks the next free one.
• Tue 09:00: "Pre-orders open Thursday"
• Tue 16:30: "How we picked a 6mm grid"
• Wed 18:00: "Eight months of rain tests"
• Thu 09:00: "Pre-orders are open"

Works with the agent you already use
Connect ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex or any agent that speaks MCP or runs commands. It drafts, schedules and reports through the same tools as the app, and drafts wait for your approval.

I saved 3 drafts: a teaser on Monday at 09:00, the announcement on Thursday at 09:00 and a reminder on Friday at 17:00. The X versions are under 280 characters. Nothing goes out until you approve it in Postline.
Connect ChatGPTMCP- In ChatGPT, turn on developer mode in the connector settings and create a connector.

Postline's MCP server gives the agent the same tools as the app: channels, drafts, scheduling, media and analytics.
Example sessions. Product names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify the tools Postline works with.
"Love it. Can we say single origin instead of house blend?"
Clients approve in one click. Share a private preview link. Clients see every network's version, leave comments and approve without signing up.
Decide who can do what. Owners, admins and editors each get the right access, and editors' posts can require approval.

Questions people ask first
Does Postline post for me automatically?
Yes. Once a channel is connected, Postline publishes each post at its scheduled time through the network's official API. If a network has a temporary problem, Postline retries up to three times and tells you if it still fails.
Which networks are supported?
X, LinkedIn profiles and pages, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky, Mastodon, Google Business Profile, Tumblr, WordPress, Medium, DEV, Hashnode, Lemmy, Nostr, Farcaster, Discord, Telegram, Slack, VK, Dribbble, Twitch, Kick, Whop forums and Listmonk newsletters.
How does the AI assistant work?
It uses Claude to read your calendar, channels and analytics, and to draft, schedule and edit posts through the same tools as the API. New posts are saved as drafts unless you ask it to schedule them. Paid plans include monthly AI credits.
Can my team and clients review posts before they go out?
Yes. Turn on approvals so editors' posts wait for an owner or admin, and share private preview links so clients can comment and approve without an account.
Is my account access safe?
Postline never sees your passwords for networks that use sign-in. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and only used to publish the posts you schedule. You can turn on two-factor sign-in for your own account.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with all of the plan's features. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing. Your workspace keeps its posts and drafts; channels are paused until you choose a plan again.
Can Postline post from my blog or react to how posts do?
Yes. Add an RSS feed and each new item becomes a post, written from your template or by AI. Plugs repost a post, or reply with a follow-up, once it reaches the number of likes you choose. Both are included in every plan.
